How do I go about Booking?

Our birthday party packages are very popular and to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your kids birthday as early as possible. A £50 deposit is required to book a party and the final payment will be required to be paid after the party is over.

How long is the play session?

The play session is 2 hours long.

What is the age limit for kids to play in the soft play?

Our centers cater for all children between the ages 1 Years to 12 Years. We have 2 designated play areas, 1 play area for 1-3 years to enjoy and have fun and another play area for 4-12 Years to enjoy and have fun.

Do you accept card or cash payment?

We accept both cash and card payment at both the Entrance & Cafe.

Do you need to pre-book?

No, You do not need to book before you come, Just turn up and enjoy a 2 hour filled session of non stop fun.

Do you serve Hot Food?

Yes we have a cafe that serves delicious Hot Food, Snacks, Cakes, Hot & Cold Drinks. Yum!!

Are we allowed to bring our own food?

Unfortunately no food or drink is allowed from outside onto Fun Valley premises. We do however have a cafe serving delicious Hot Food, Snacks, Hot & Cold Drinks.

Do you take party bookings?

Yes, we are taking party bookings. For pricing and more information, check out our parties page for the Fun Valley Branch you require.

Where are you located?

Do you have toilets and baby changing room facilities?

Yes, We do have toilets and baby changing room facilities and separate disabled toilets in all of our branches.

Is there parking available?

Yes we have an onside free car park at all our play venues.
